📦 Order Processing

  • ✅ Orders above ₹200 are eligible for processing.

  • 🕒 Processing time: 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • 🎉 During festivals or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

  • 📌 Note: Day 1 = the next business day after placing your order.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

  • 🔄 Once packed, your order will be handed over to our courier partners – India Post, DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery (Domestic) or DHL (International).

  • ⏱ Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days (India).

  • 📩 Tracking info will be shared via SMS/email once dispatched.

 
🌍 International Shipping 

At this time, Earthy Smile only delivers within India.

  • 📦 We currently do not offer international shipping.

  • 🌱 We’re growing steadily and hope to bring Earthy Smile to more countries in the near future.

  • ❗ Offers cannot be combined — one coupon code per order.

  • 🌱 Return 10+ empty bottles in-store to get 5% off your next purchase.

 
🛠 Modifications & Requests

  • 📝 Changes to address/contact info are possible before dispatch only.

  • 🔄 No changes can be made to items in your order after confirmation.

  • 📦 Special delivery requests are welcome but not guaranteed.

 
📸 Unboxing for Your Protection

  • 🎥 For any issue (wrong product/damage), a clear unboxing video is required.

  • 💬 This helps us resolve concerns promptly and fairly.

 
❌ Order Cancellations

  • 📞 To cancel, contact us at sales@earthysmile.in or call/WhatsApp +91-XXXXXXXXXX within 24 hours.

  • 🚫 Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • 💸 For refused deliveries, return + shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

  • 🌐 For international orders, a 10% cancellation fee applies.

  • 🛍 Earthy Smile may cancel orders in rare cases of stock issues or errors — full refund will be initiated.

 
🚫 Returns, Reactions & Refunds

  • ✅ We suggest a patch test before use.

  • 🔁 No returns/refunds for:

    • Allergies or skin reactions

    • Dislike of scent

    • Color variations

  • 💵 ₹60 deduction on partially paid COD cancellations

  • 🔄 Orders delayed beyond 30 working days will be auto-refunded.
