If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours, including a clear photo of the full delivery box, showing the packaging and item condition.

We cannot assist without this image, as it helps us verify the issue. Reach out via email at Sales@earthysmile.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem. Responses will be provided within 48 hours during business days.

Note that claims made after 24 hours or without the required photo will not be eligible for resolution. 

We ship across India using trusted couriers like Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.  
- Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location, with possible delays during holidays or remote areas.  
- Shipping charges are  Rs. 40 for orders below Rs. 499, and free for orders above Rs. 999.  
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.  
- Track your order via the link sent by email within 1-2 days of shipping.  
- We ensure secure packaging to protect your products during transit.  
- Delays due to courier issues are beyond our control.  
- International shipping is not available.
